Fixed-fee monitoring & commercial management

Keep the booking journey under control. Month after month.

Monitor only, or monitor and execute. You choose the level. We act only within the decision limits agreed with your team.

Public information drifts. Channels change their rules, rates get edited, listings fall out of sync.

Every month, you know what changed, what needs a decision and the status of every action.

Choose the operating level

The difference is not what we monitor. It is who acts.

Both levels review the same aspects of your online distribution every month. With L1, we identify what needs correcting; with L2, we take direct action in the areas entrusted to HotelOps.

How it works

From the Complete Audit to ongoing management.

Four steps turn the Complete Audit findings into a recurring service with named responsibilities, controlled access and a fixed monthly scope.

  1. 01

    Start from the Audit

The Complete Audit identifies the channels and priorities from which the recurring cycle begins.

  2. 02

    Assign open findings

Your team and HotelOps assign each open finding to the named owner and agree who monitors it and who acts on it.

  3. 03

    Confirm level and access

We confirm L1 or L2, the applicable property band, named platforms, decision limits, reporting cadence and individual revocable user accounts.

  4. 04

    Onboard and manage

Once scope, access and responsibilities are confirmed, onboarding is completed and the fixed-fee monthly service begins.

A defined operating scope

Management access is named, limited and revocable.

For L2, access is granted only to the named platforms and through individual user accounts with the minimum permissions needed. Each permission is tied to the written scope, and access is removed when the assignment ends. Structural PMS reconfiguration, migrations and technical integrations are not included in the monthly fee and require a separate assessment and quotation.
